Course payment must be completed prior to the start of the course.
If you have to stop your course early, your tuition & materials fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Fees are non-transferable. This means you cannot transfer your fees to another person.
For cancellation of 1-1 lessons, we require 24 hours’ notice in business days in writing. (Saturday and Sunday are not considered to be business days.)
Groups are opened with a minimum of 3 students. Where there are only two or one person on a particular group course we reserve the right to offer the cost-equivalent number of individual or two-to-one lessons and participate of a course of a similar level in order to compensate the number of hours paid for group courses.
If you decide to change your course program, the school requires 2 weeks notice in writing and there will be a charge of u$s 50 in order to cover the administration cost of making the changes.
B. About Accommodation
All Accommodation payments must be made through the school.
There will be no refunds for students leaving pre-booked accommodation.
Students have to pay for any damage they cause at their accommodation.
If you are unhappy with your homestay accommodation the school will relocate you to a new family as soon as possible. Please give 1 week notice in writing to reception if you wish the school to relocate you.
If you wish to invite a friend to house, you have to ask for permission to the owner of the house.
If you lose the keys to the house, you must be prepared to have to pay for the replacement cost.
For the case of furnished apartments, students will be asked to sign an accommodation contract and abide by the terms and conditions of the contract.
As well as the cost of the accommodation fee there will be deposit request. This is to cover the cost of any breakages or other damage to the property.
